Do you ship to my city and location?

By default, our website accepts orders from pan India. In case we don’t have courier facility to your zip code we will cancel your order & refund you the full amount without any deduction.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Products are typically dispatched within 1-2 working days of order confirmation depending on your destination. Once the product is dispatched for delivery we will notify you of the same through email. All the products are transported and delivered using our logistic partner delivery network. While we try to ensure that the Product reaches you within the delivery time communicated, exigencies may delay the delivery. In such cases, please do not worry. Get in touch with us for the latest update on your shipment if we have already not got in touch with you. The estimated delivery time is 3 – 10 days starting from the day of dispatch depending upon your location. Deliveries to South India & East India take longer time to reach. 

Are there any additional hidden charges?

No, Any additional charges like Octroi, entry taxes  shall be borne by us.

Which courier do you use ?

We ship through shipping aggregators like ” SHIPROCKET” & “SHYPLITE” . they have tie ups with different courier companies like Bluedart, Fedex, Delhivery, Xpressbees, Wow Express, Gati, Go Javas, Ecom express, Dotzot. The courier is selected  by us based upon delivery zip code & the product dimensions.  

How do I track my order?

We will inform you by email which carrier we have dispatched the goods with. You can track here. In the rare case when you have not received any communication from us for 10 days after order do give us a call at our customer care number or email us at sunnycorps@gmail.com.

What should I check when the product is delivered to me?
Please check for all the following items when the product is delivered to you:

Please check on all external surfaces across the product for any breakages, cracks, chip-offs.

Once the product is delivered  we will be able to only honour manufacturing defects and other fair usage breakages as outlined in the Returns policy.

What if I receive a damaged product?
We have highly specialized quality control measures that ensure the product is up to our standards when you receive the product. We request you to make video of opening the box. In case you receive a damaged product (damage as defined above), please bring it to our notice immediately by emailing us images of :

1) 2-3 images of outer packing

2) Shipping label on the outer packing

3)  Images of product damaged

Our team will assess the damage and get back to you within 2 business days. Depending on the degree of damage, we will either offer you a replacement or refund.

Can I cancel the order?
Orders can be cancelled before & after dispatch. “Dispatch” refers to handing over the shipment to the pickup boy from courier company. The pickups take place between 12:30 PM to 07:00 PM ( Mon-Sat )

Once an order is dispatched we have already borne shipping cost. If you refuse the delivery or are unavailable for delivery, money will be refunded after debiting forward & reverse shipping charges.

1. Cancellation prior to Dispatch – You can cancel your order for any Product at any time prior to its dispatch by logging into Your account and selecting the ‘Request cancellation’ option. For cancellations made before a dispatch.  Your advance payment will be refunded as per Sunny Corps’s refunds policy which is after deducting 3%. Cancellation fee is 3% since payment gateway charges us for transaction.However, in case of cancellation of any made to order Product (“MTO”) prior to delivery, any and all advance paid by You shall be forfeited.
2. Cancellation prior to Delivery – You can cancel your order for any Product at any time prior to its delivery by logging into Your account and selecting the ‘Request cancellation’ option. For cancellations made before a Delivery Attempt, any advance paid will be refunded as per Sunny Corps’s refunds policy which is deduction of forward & reverse courier charges, since courier company charges us both side courier fees.. A delivery attempt is defined as a visit to Your ship-to address the customer’s home for delivery purposes (“Delivery Attempt”). However, in case of cancellation of any made to order Product (“MTO”) prior to delivery, any and all advance paid by You shall be forfeited.
3. Cancellation after delivery is not allowed.

What if i have put incorrect address at the time of placing order ?

We can only correct it if you inform us before dispatch. Send us email at sunnycorps@gmail.com with your order number. Once the order is dispatched it reaches all the way to its destination. There is no process of correcting address in transit. Once an order is dispatched we have already borne shipping cost. If the address is incorrect the shipment will return to us, money will be refunded after debiting forward & reverse shipping charges.

I’m from outside India. Will there be a custome duty ?

You are requested to consult the customs website of your country as to what their policies are about duty free import & what is the maximum limit. In case customs demand duty to be paid, the customer is responsible for all the duty charges/customer clearance charges/taxes. If not paid by buyer the shipment will remain undelivered & will have to be disposed off finally.
