If you are not completely delighted with any product purchased from our collection, please return it within 15 days in the same condition and original packing. We will promptly refund your merchandise cost upon the safe return of the product. Please note that you are responsible for the safe return of merchandise and for all shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

Cancellation of Order by customer

Customer can cancel an order within 6 hours without penalty, except the 3% Bank Charges for domestic orders & 5% Bank Charges for International orders. After placing an order, customer can only cancel the order if the order state is showing as “pending” under Order History. Cancellations have to be made within (maximum) 6 Hours of placing an order. For cancelling your order, you will have to get in touch with our Customer Support Team by sending an email giving your Order Number.

In case we receive a cancellation e-mail and till that time the order has already been “processed” by us, the order cannot be cancelled. has complete right to decide whether an order should be cancelled or not and the customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by us.

Cancellation of Order by SUNNY CORPS

SUNNY CORPS reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. The 100% payment shall be refunded and the User shall be informed of the same.

In case we have to cancel the order for mistake from customer side we will deduct 3% payment gateway charges before refunding.

Incorrect Address:

We can only correct it if you inform us before dispatch. Send us email at with your order number. Once the order is dispatched, there is no process of correcting address in transit. Once an order is dispatched we have already borne shipping cost. If the address is incorrect the shipment will return to us, money will be refunded after debiting forward & reverse shipping charges. If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the User (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available or any other related reason) any extra cost spent by SUNNY CORPS for re-delivery shall be claimed from the User. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable if shipment is refused. The amount will be refunded after deducting forward & reverse shipping cost.


Damaged / Missing Item / Mis-shipment

In the wake recurrent online frauds we strongly require video proof of the opening of the package with shipping label clearly visible.
If an item is received damaged / Misshipment / Missing, please notify our Customer Service Team toll free at 9971822481 within 24 hours with substantial evidence. Please hold the original carton and damaged merchandise for inspection by the carrier; otherwise no claim, replacement or refund can be honored.

Exchange Policy

If you have placed order incorrectly & want to exchange it for higher value product from our store you will have to return the original order to our below mentioned address & pay the amount difference of the higher value product. However, we reserve the right to allow this preference to customers as it may not be valid for certain zip codes. This decision will depend upon order to order basis. has complete right to decide whether an order should be allowed for exchange or not. Also, the customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by and accept decision regarding the exchange.

Note: Not applicable for orders of International destination.

Repack items carefully in the original packing materials and enclose the billed invoice.
